WE ARE // The Cultural Impact Lab. The Martin Agency Influencer Partnerships Team is a part of the Cultural Impact Lab. The go-to for all things influencer and creator.

YOU ARE // Play the role of leading the influencer partnerships team, creating an environment for collaboration, building campaigns, and maintaining influencer brand relations. You will work cross-functionally with Creative, Earned, and Social Media teams to develop influencer business plans, build upon previous client relationships and drive new business in this fast-paced environment.

YOU WILL //

  • Serve as the Agency expert on culturally relevant influencer talent through global research and cultural monitoring. Will lead client recommendations on influencer talent that will bring brands to the forefront of their respective markets.
  • Develop strategic and creative collaborations with client creative teams, influencer talent, Business Affairs, and other Agency departments to guide and cultivate invisibility-fighting performance partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Social Analytics program to develop key performance indicators and insightful reporting to monitor cultural trends, insights, and existing and emerging social platforms of relevance to influence Agency and client strategy.
  • Integrate CreatorIQ tool and other advanced data science and analytics to lead the Agency into the performance marketing and entertainment arena while integrating decision sciences into the everyday workflow.
  • Deliver market-leading influencer strategic client partnerships that are built off-market and industry analytics to expand capabilities in brand reach, client engagement, and loyalty and drive revenue streams.
  • Utilizing a deep bench of industry relationships, you can engage and access a wide variety of influencer content creators for a multitude of brand partnerships.
  • Coach and mentor talent ranging from emerging to seasoned through establishing goals, expectations and facilitating impactful performance and development.
  • Command the room within new business pitches and client strategy meetings with insightful, innovative opportunities to utilize influencer and social strategies to elevate brands.
  • You will hold the room and work closely with clients to expand their desired reach with strategic influencer partnerships.
  • Manage profit & loss of influencer partnerships through proficiency in negotiation, strategic sourcing and procurements, and project management expertise.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE //

  • 6+ years of progressive professional experience in leading social media and/or influencer strategic direction at a brand or agency
  • 3+ years of experience developing and managing influencer campaigns with large brands
  • 3+ years of experience building and growing a team of emerging to seasoned professionals
  • Expertise in establishing partnerships and influencing stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of data science and analytics with an ability to translate across a spectrum of audiences.
  • Experience with CreatorIQ or comparable creative marketing measurement tools
  • Expert-level communication skills and strong attention to detail
