We raised $10 million in Series A funding to build & launch a brand new platform that will revolutionize the creator economy as we know it by empowering creators. The Kyra platform is a place where creators find new deals with the best brands in the world and get paid for pursuing their passions.
We work with a diverse slate of creators including Abby Roberts, Iconicakes, and Nintendo Grl, and global blue-chip brands such as Nike, Converse, Levi’s, Calvin Klein and more.

Salary: $65,000 per annum

As a remote-first company you will be working across multiple time zones with team members located across the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States (New York & LA).
🚀 What you’ll be doing:
The TikTokAds and InstagramAds (Paid Media) Analyst will work closely with Paid Media Marketing Manager to continually optimize paid campaign performance across different channels for internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning, managing and implementing digital campaigns across key paid channels with a main focus on TikTok. Other channels include Facebook & Google advertising
- Activating campaigns and analyzing results in order to make optimisations & maximize paid sales performance
- Use your findings and a ‘test and learn’ approach to continually work to improve campaign performance against KPIs
- Building and maintaining solid relationships across different departments
- Educating clients on Kyra’s paid media offerings
- Presenting findings to clients on a regular basis
- Report on the performance of campaigns, and make recommendations for improvement to internal stakeholders
- Staying up to date with changes on paid marketing channels and suggesting changes to campaigns where needed
To thrive in this role we think you’ll need:
- A deep understanding of the TikTok advertising landscape
- At least 2-3 years experience in digital paid media roles (TT/IG/FB/YT)
- Experience in improving campaign performance based on your own analysis
- Be able to confidently work with paid media budgets of $100k+
- Be proficient in excel
- The ability to taking ownership of essential administrative tasks and delivering them to a high standard
- Exceptional numeracy skills
- Be analytically minded
- Be able to make & justify decisions that improve client performance
- Be comfortable working with clients and internal teams across different countries and time zones
