Powered by purpose, this boutique-style storytelling squad brings a steadfast passion for creating meaningful brand-inspired storytelling experiences. As the chief content steward, you will lead the creation, curation, and syndication of a relevant, actionable strategic content plan that spans the digital landscape. Leveraging your digital expertise and data chops, you will cultivate content encounters that flow seamlessly across touchpoints and screens to bring the brand story to life.
Equal parts strategist, analyzer, content creator, collaborator, and storyteller, your passion for solving problems through strategic content will help distinguish our product brands through industry-leading storytelling solutions that rise above the cluttered marketplace. You will collaborate closely with your Creative and Content Strategy colleagues, in partnership with the Account Strategy Team, to co-create transformative concepts that transcend the digital landscape. From videos and social posts to websites and emails, you’ll translate strategic intent into a content strategy to create a cohesive storytelling journey across the digital spectrum that engages our customers at every step.
What You’ll Do
- Practice and promote a people-first perspective.
- Foster a culture of passion, empathetic creativity, integrity, trust, agility, inclusion, collaboration, and cohesiveness.
- Develop a keen understanding of the brands’ vision, strategy, objectives, and target customers to ensure the content strategy is positioned to help solve unique and complex business problems.
- Craft a unified content strategy that supports brands' business goals and target audience needs through digital activation like social, digital, .com, and CRM communications.
- Leverage the customer journey and user personas to thread customized content opportunities across paid and owned media channels to simply and distinctively drive brand awareness and equity with key stakeholders.
- Partner closely with StoryLab colleagues and Channel champions (Social, SEO, CRM, Brand) to develop fit-for-platform content that’s informed, relevant, and cohesive, creating a personalized narrative that can be utilized across an omnichannel paid, earned, shared, and owned landscape.
- Distill and share content strategy with clients, using supporting visuals to bring your content vision to life.
- Embrace a data-driven mindset by partnering with internal teams on a learning agenda and analyzing data metrics to generate learnings and optimize campaign results.
- Repurpose and refresh content to offer maximum value to your audience and gain the best ROI from each piece.
- Demonstrate an agile mindset, prioritizing the workflow to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
- Mentor and inspire associate copywriters to curate best-in-class creative content while working within existing brand guidelines and medical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure content is produced to the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and compliance.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- 4 years of experience as a copywriter and/or content strategist for consumer product brands, including demonstrated experience producing digital-first content campaigns baked in data and insights.
- 2+ years operating with a team of designers, content developers, and digital subject matter experts with a passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams with big ideas to drive omnichannel integration.

- Ability to distill and visualize content strategy recommendations to gain excitement and support from internal clients.
- Established record of leading breakthrough storytelling in a content producer/associate director role in an agency and/or in an in-house team.
- Entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in navigating new spaces with the ability to think creatively using a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Recognized understanding of how to apply research and insights, brand strategy and voice, content strategy, information architecture, omnichannel implementation, and in-market data to engage and optimize digital content interactions with key customers.
- Avid storyteller with strong production experience and writing background to shape unique, compelling stories across the digital ecosystem that engage consumers in alignment with brands’ objectives.
- Data-driven mentality with continuous curiosity to optimize content efforts in the digital environment.
- Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare experience.
- Experience with content management tools.
