Job Overview:

Seeking a Brand Marketing professional with a passion for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth and enhance brand equity. Have a proven track record of successfully managing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including trade/retail, social media, email marketing, events, and PR. Show proven ability to identify and understand consumer behavior and trends, creating impactful messaging, and developing brand stories that resonate with target audiences. Be a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines. Be a data-driven marketer who constantly monitors and evaluates campaign performance to optimize ROI and improve results. Looking for a strategic, results-driven brand marketer with a passion for storytelling and a commitment to excellence. This role will report to the VP of Brand Marketing and work closely with ecom, social, trade, education & creative to drive results for brand initiatives.

Responsibilities & Duties: responsibilities include but are not limited to –

· 360 Brand + Go-To-Market Strategy

o Collaborate with all channels & teams (Creative, PR, digital, education, trade, etc.) on 360 marketing campaign process to ensure all touch points reflect global brand messaging consistently and accurately

o Partner with Creative on 360 asset menus and shot lists that synch up with briefs to ensure markets’ needs align with brand strategy & objectives

o Help manage product & campaign 360 dossier that feeds to trade, PR, ecom, social, influencers, field, etc.; and use to communicate messaging/marketing updates

· Photo + Video Creative Assets

o ensure photography shots/videos/gifs are executed based on global marketing campaign needs; attend photo shoots as needed

o Ensure brand messaging is consistent and accurate across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring campaigns have 360 continuities

· Brand Assets, Collateral & Artwork

o Partner on artwork proofing and routing to ensure messaging is consistent across the board; be key liaison for artwork routing/proofing

o Manage Sell sheets and partner closely with creative & copy editor for accuracy and consistency – distribute across all teams

o Help manage all branded assets and collateral requests for seasonal and launch needs across all channels

o Partner with digital and social teams, be key marketing liaison for routing, proofing of all digital and social assets

· Merch & swag:

o assist in the coordination, development of swag/ collateral library (qty, lead time, cog, related event, etc.)

o Assist in the forecasting of all brand swag

o Submit creative request forms to ops for misc. marketing assets/collateral

o assist in proofreading and distributing all brand collateral (press and influencer mailings, events, etc.)

· Events:

o Support all events (pr, influencer, pop ups, in store events, retailer brand activations, market launches, education, etc.) to ensure all assets are accurate, consistent and on time

o Ensure all elements of events are on track, consistent with brand message and executed on time

o Assist in maintaining event library/event dossiers

o As needed, attend events and support teams

· Influencer & Press Outreach Mailings:

o Assist in development and deployment of brand influencer mailings, ensuring pack-out guidelines are followed and overseeing assembly process

o Manage misc. press and influencer mailings, ensuring all packages are assembled and delivered with brand standard consistency

o Create and distribute pack-out instructions

o Mock-up packages for internal alignment and approval

o As needed, visit 3rd party distributor for large mailings to ensure brand consistency and standards are met

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years hands-on experience managing social campaigns for a results-driven brand or agency

  • Someone who understands how to use data to make tangible improvements to marketing initiatives.
  • The ability to multitask and manage responsibilities.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable moving in a fast-paced environment

· Strong work ethic & passion to achieve excellence with a positive attitude
