What You’ll Do

As a Content Strategist for Demand Acceleration, you will act as a trusted advisor, influencer, and business partner with the Virtual Demand Center Engage (VDCE) Success Manager, connecting and optimizing content across the marketing and sales journey for new and existing demand.

Responsibilities for this role:

  • Provide expertise on content provided ensuring meets best in class standards work through strategy, revisions, and aligning to industry best practices & standards.
  • Advise and work directly with content owners on how to adjust and improve.
  • Customer first approach to assigned engagements – acting as co-owner of success of demand with VDCE
  • Attend discovery calls and advising directly with content owners
  • Attend weekly Global and Region Governance
  • Governance lead to review outstanding content requests

Conduct activities as prescribed within VDC Content Operating Model (VDC COM) to include:

  • Strategic decisioning to align content within marketing and sales journey and to DRT sales methodology including sequence, snippet and/or template identification, creation, implementation
  • Program optimization within defined SLAs through Content Operating Model (response, sequence creation, translation/localization, etc)
  • Oversee translation/localization process if not provided by content owners
  • Partner with Governance Lead, VDCE and Operations on coordination of operational triggers for new and existing demand
  • Monthly/Quarterly content performance metrics and insight driven recommendations leading to optimization of content strategy/messaging
  • Partner daily with the Virtual Demand Center Engage Team and the aligned Success Manager
  • Partner within Demand Acceleration and across the VDC (Insights & Analytics, Demand Response Team, Demand Operations, etc.) to translate Sales Engagement Platform (SEP) content performance data to insights and action as part of bottom of funnel content optimization through the VDC via monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Cross-functional alignment with other teams such as; Marketing, Customer Solutions Marketing, ContentX, Global Virtual Engineering, etc. to integrate use cases, new offers, promotions and demos to our content strategy and messaging as well as advocate for optimization and innovation needed to advance the sale within our focused segment and personas

  • You have a strong ability to develop and operationalize strategy both in-person and virtually, across a diverse global audience base including executive level
  • You have stellar communication skills; presentation, written, verbal, listening, and influencing
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver quality results in a time-sensitive environment
  • Experience with Sales Engagement Platforms is a plus
