What We’re Looking For

The Cap Hill Brands team is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the growth and development of our relationships with retailers, marketplaces, and institutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead all marketing channels including marketplace advertising, creative, media, affiliates, and email;
  • Build brand awareness, consideration, and preference;
  • Determine spend allocation and marketing strategy;
  • Manage a fast-growing annual media budget of ~$15M and a global team of 60;
  • Partner with merchandising, wholesale, technology, and product development teams to drive business growth.

Core Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing team leadership;
  • Strong knowledge of retail media network advertising, Amazon advertising in particular;
  • Success in building new brands leveraging social media, influencer marketing, and affiliates;
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice To Have

  • Previous chief marketing officer/head of marketing experience;
  • Consumer packaged goods experience;
  • Start-up or mid-size company experience.
