Lifeway Leadership is seeking a Digital Engagement Lead who p rovides planning, direction, and acquire s content for digital curriculum and training content used in Ministry Grid . The Digital Engagement Lead serves as the k ey Ministry Grid liaison to the churches we serve.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings.
Responsibilities
- Manages projects with ministry areas to identify curriculum sources and training project resources
- Monitors the progress of projects, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures that timelines are met
- Establishes and maintains customer integration journey
- Provides demos of the platform and one-on-one onboarding sessions
- Maintains a training relationship with the Church Engagement team
- Establishes and maintains customer integration journey
- Works to maintai n relationships with clients to provid e them with excellent service
- Develops plan to stay current on market, leadership, digital education, training, and church utilization trends
- Oversees projects supported by media and production to ensure accuracy and alignment to strategic vision
- Responsible for identifyin g new projects, inputtin g digital content, and approving final projects
- Some travel required
Qualifications
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or related field

2 Video production and event coordination
