Our dynamic Marketing team at Constant is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will report into the Chief Marketing Officer as a member of the digital marketing team. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven , and excited to rapidly grow our account-based marketing programs. What you will take on:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns in Marketo and plans across all digital channels in support of business objectives.Identify opportunities to leverage analytics to support increased optimization of marketing initiatives.
  • Build dashboards for sales and marketing pipeline generation reporting.
  • Report of findings on nurture campaigns and ability to identify falloff and suggestions of changes for future campaign runs.
  • Leverage paid digital channels to precisely target key audiences to align with company, team, and campaign goals.
  • Update Campaign landing pages, campaign assets, and review of campaign creatives.
  • Drive engagement, interest, conversions, and lead generation efforts.
  • Identify KPI's, benchmarks, and new strategies for customer acquisitions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.

Our new team member will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Technology, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science, Cloud Computing).
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience managing digital marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce and Marketo required.
  • Must have experience with sprout social.
  • Strong analytical skills and data focused to drive decision making.
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners and cross functional teams.
