Who You Are:

We are seeking a Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team to manage and scale our creator, podcast, affiliate, and newsletter sponsorships. Success will be measured by a combination of media efficiency (CPA), and ability to scale channels by identifying new audiences and opportunities.

The Manager will help us continue to scale up our highly successful Partnerships Marketing efforts, with the goal of driving new, profitable customer relationships to Storyblocks' properties every month. They will manage long-term partnerships, lead testing efforts on the channels (e.g. testing new partners, placements, channels, talking points, landing pages, etc), and collaborate closely with our organic and paid social leads, as well as stakeholders across Growth, Marketing, and Creative teams.

The Manager will continue expanding our most successful channel: Youtube, as well as identify and support growth opportunities in other social and digital channels. Success in this role requires being a natural at relationship building, having a mastery over the metrics, being a creative problem solver, and a passion for utilizing partnerships as a means to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

What You'll Do:

  • Discovery, outreach, selection, contracting and rate negotiation, communications management, and quality assurance across all partnerships.
  • Expand and test new partnership verticals, platforms, talking points, landing pages, and ad types.
  • Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Growth, and Creative leads on testing, as well as creative and campaign ideation and execution.
  • Communicate managed channel's performance and opportunities throughout the organization, including identifying optimization opportunities to support our partners' performance and making decisions on future partnerships.
  • Concept, execute and measure A/B tests to improve channel efficiency.
  • Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Sheets, YouTube Analytics, Mode, Excel and more to extract insights from performance.
  • Meet and exceed monthly customer acquisition goals.

Required

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5-7 years of digital marketing and/or partnership marketing experience with demonstrated track record of growing marketing programs through optimization and targeting strategies.
  • Direct experience with large-scale partnership management.
  • Deep experience with Excel and/or Google spreadsheets and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort breaking down and attacking open-ended problems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment.
  • Ability to turn analysis into action, execute to timelines, and identify strong partnership opportunities for our brand.
  • Regularly brings creative ideas for how to improve and/or expand our partnerships strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build strong relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Ability to turn organizational goals into actionable items and define timelines on managed channels.
  • Desire to contribute to the hyper-growth and culture of a successful technology company.

Preferred

  • Experience managing 15+ monthly partnership contracts.
  • Experience with revenue-based analytics (e.g. CAC, CPA, LTV, etc).
  • Experience using enterprise social media platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Khoros).
  • Experience with conducting CRO testing.
  • Agency and/or account management experience.

For each title, we consistently apply competitive salary bands based on market data and benchmarks which are reviewed twice a year. What you've been paid before, fear of conflict, or willingness to negotiate does not play a part in determining your pay.
    • The annual base salary range for this position is $97,500 to $114,500. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
