We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join a rapidly expanding & successful team. As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play an integral role in creating, building, and maintaining influencer brand relations and being the face of KT to influencer and athlete partners. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Public Relations, and Social Media teams to develop influencer strategies that align directly with business goals. This is a new position we are creating to increase brand relevance and drive better engagement across our target fitness communities.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and proactive leader with strong organizational skills. They are an analytical and articulate team player with a professional demeanor and who enjoys being part of an enthusiastic, business-oriented and committed team. Must be driven and able to work with a sense of urgency, adapt to any situation, remain organized, maintain control of full campaign creation & execution, and be able to learn quickly.

What you will be doing:

• Establish and maintain regular direct communication between the brand and influencer partners, actively source and negotiate new influencer partnerships.
• Create an advanced and comprehensive influencer content calendar to continually drive brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines
• Set goals, track conversions, and measure success of influencer program
• Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Strava and Facebook
• Experience tracking affiliate marketing creating a community of influencers and being able to prove ROI and performance of each activation
• Maintain influencer budget.
• Negotiate contracts and organization of multi-level influencer programs that are focused on driving awareness & revenue
• Assist with launch and maintenance of a sustainable larger scale ambassador program
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network and execute organic campaigns and co-created brand content
• Develop content guidelines and training guides for partner prompts.
• Communicate effectively to stakeholders, including senior management and content developers.

What we expect from you:

Our ideal candidate will have a BS degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media and/or influencer relations.

This candidate should have experience analyzing data to deliver on KPIs and a successful track record of elevating brands and influences alike. They will have experience managing micro influencer programs and communities. In addition, this candidate must have strong communications skills and attention to detail to organize and manage time effectively to meet competing deadlines
