Due to this continued success, we have created a very exciting new role (and subsequently, a new team), and are now seeking a Director of Growth - Sales and Marketing. How can you make an impact?

Our new Director of Growth will lead the Business-to-Student digital subscription team, responsible for circa $6-7m of direct ecommerce global sales revenue. You will recruit and successfully onboard a digital sales and marketing team that will own the marketing strategies and creative design of our core medical educational digital solutions.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing the development and implementation of our digital growth and our website strategies to deliver the direct eCommerce revenues and new digital product launches.
  • Driving business-to-student subscription sales through brand/product demand generation, student engagement, mobile app downloads, and paid marketing campaigns.
  • Leading a team of digital sales and marketing professionals that will utilise full-funnel digital tactics; display, influencer/campus ambassador, paid search, organic and paid social, SEO, mobile, email marketing.
  • Partnering and working with our Centre of Excellence team, Global Technology Services, and Development Product Group.
  • Overseeing and managing agencies and our own internal Centre of Excellence team, holding them accountable for key metrics and website development deliverables.
  • Owning the end-to-end digital marketing performance that will include channel strategy and analytics, in parallel with daily marketing programs and optimization activities.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • An extensive background in business-to-consumer/student digital sales and marketing, where you can demonstrate a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Solid years of experience leading digital sales and marketing teams
  • A deep understanding of digital sales and marketing tactics, technology, and automation.
  • An expertise in user-experience, digital design, and front-end development.
  • Demonstrable leadership and hands-on experience where you can effectively leverage internal and external partners.
