Performance Marketing Manager (FB, Google, YouTube, TikTok)
We are looking for a versatile Performance Marketing Manager (FB, Google, YouTube) to scale current paid acquisition channels (Facebook/Instagram, Google Search/Shopping, YouTube, Pinterest, Bing), and help launch new channels (TikTok, Performance Max). The ideal candidate has a deep first-hand experience in Paid Social (FB/IG especially) and Google Paid Search/Shopping/YouTube, managing an annual budget of over $5 million at either an agency or consumer products company.
Responsibilities
- Direct key digital channels including Facebook/Instagram, Google Search/Shopping, YouTube, Pinterest, Bing, and help manage performance marketing agency relationship
- Explore and test new scalable & measurable acquisition channels (Tik Tok, Programmatic, Display/Discovery, etc.)
- Develop hypothesis and run varying tests on creative & paid landing pages to improve conversion rate
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing to execute influencer whitelisting ads through tools like Lumanu
- Collaborate with email, site, marketing, and retail teams to develop best in-class digital user experience
- Conduct and present insights on high-performing ads combined with a comprehensive feedback loop for future campaign briefs
- Monitor and report on paid results and KPI’s of all campaigns, including trafficking assets from concept (campaign briefs) to go-live
- Deep understanding of full funnel strategy across tactics, and leveraging data-approach mindset in optimizing campaigns and budgets
Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience in bid management/strategies with a focus on Facebook, Google, and TikTok
- 3-4 years of experience working in high-growth performance marketing role at DTC/eCommerce company or agency
- Develop complete FB/IG and Google Ads from the ground up and run these campaigns, adjusting as required to make most effective
- A big plus if you are familiar with Retailer Media Platforms (Target Roundel, Walmart Connect etc.) and proven success in launching digital tactics in an omni-channel environment
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, and experience in developing reports
- Intermediate to advanced data reporting (in platform analysis to deriving insights and actionable takeaways)
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation through a full funnel approach
