Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social & Display

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social & Display will manage and grow strategic digital initiatives across acquisition, re-engagement and branding campaigns on multiple channels such as paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), Programmatic (Display, Video, CTV, etc), and possible ad networks. Essential Functions: * Own the full campaign management lifecycle from planning to activation to performance optimization for programmatic marketing efforts (paid social, display, retargeting, etc) * Work within platforms to launch and optimize ads to a hit range of KPIs from DR customer acquisition to upper-funnel brand awareness and demand generation, all optimized to maximize media efficiency * Serve as the company-wide paid social expert and educator, surfacing future opportunities and challenges, and presenting solutions across teams * Work cross-functionally to connect paid social media plans to larger marketing and company objectives * Work with Brand and Influencer marketing teams to source creative for paid amplification. * Work closely with the Brand and Creative team to test and scale creative campaigns across paid social channels. * Collaborate with the broader team to devise and implement full-funnel strategies, from ads to the landing page and checkout experience to improve campaigns performance * Collaborate with our internal teams to develop best-in-class ad creatives to effectively communicate the brand story to the right audience * Source and coordinate external content creators for paid DTC video ads * Collaborate with data team to fine tune advanced attribution and measurement methodologies * Responsible for campaign reporting, trafficking, tracking, and pixel implementation Education & Experience Requirements: * 5+ years in a hands-on role expertly managing results-oriented paid DTC campaigns * College degree in Business, Statistics or Marketing preferred Knowledge & Skill Requirement: * Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem with hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/TikTok/Pinterest Ad Manager, StackAdapt, bid management tools, and leveraging 1st and 3rd-party data to drive marketing impact required * Data focused with a love of testing and a commitment to identifying key avenues for paid social channel growth. Familiarity with platforms such as Tableau, Heap, Rockerbox. * Strong experience with DR marketing metrics and optimization techniques * Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook/TikTok/Pinterest Ad Manager, and Excel required * Working knowledge of Criteo, Amazon, and other retail marketing partners preferred * Must be organized, flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail * Working knowledge of SEO * Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail * Technical, data driven, and creative, comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, creative and development stakeholders Company Description At HUM, our mission is to help people look great and feel their absolute best. Manage the content development and publishing process

Present content ideas appealing to the target audience, enhance SEO, and meet objectives

Develop and manage editorial calendars; maintain posting schedules

Monitor social media channels during agreed times

Foster community engagement by listening and interacting regularly with fans and followers

Develop and execute paid social ad campaigns

Develop a positive rapport with clients to maximize effectiveness as a social content manager

Work to understand social content analytics and how to refine social content strategies [REMOTE] Social Content Creator Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

3+ years of social content management experience required

Experience In Long And Short-form Content Management Required

Experience with SEO and Google Analytics required

CMS And Editing Software/tools Experience Required
