committed to helping you achieve your most beautiful skin. Our certified healthcare professionals are certified on skin treatment methods and are overseen by a team of Medical Advisers. We're looking for laser focused Marketing team members to elevate our brand and inspire our audience. As Social Media Marketing Coordinator, you're a key team member who takes the initiative and develops new concepts. You will partner directly with the marketing team, company leaders & Skin Laundry employees to support all aspects of successful social media marketing strategies, content creation & editing initiatives, and creating buzz for our exciting brand. You will help ensure that the content being created is targeted, interesting and sustains the curiosity of the audience we are reaching
The Social Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our skin care products and services. The Social Marketing Coordinator will facilitate various marketing activities, researching audience preferences, reporting current trends, creating engaging text, image & video content, assist in iterating/producing organic and paid videos & stills. This will be a dynamic role with many exciting and varied projects to work on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our Marketing Team in developing multi-platform social media marketing
- Research current audience preferences and report current trends
- Create engaging content for social media channels and other marketing materials – text, video, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (field sales, leadership, growth) to develop content
- Video + content editing
- Create/organize/maintain posts to sustain curiosity and create buzz
- Edit, schedule and report on social posts on all channels
- Help to organize promotional events and assist onsite
- Assist with employer branding
- Assist with copywriting and content ideation for owned channels (such as SMS messages, SEM, content marketing, digital video, print collateral, influencer/partnerships, etc.) to drive performance
- Develop strategies to grow community size, create content that grows the community and instigate a high level of community engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media content creation + analytics
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
- In Established Market area – Los Angeles or Orange County
- CANVA experience
- Paid Ads experience
- Photo & Video editing
