As the Senior Influencer Strategist, you’ll bring influencer leadership to Dagger by applying a strategic mindset and deep knowledge in the influencer space. Under management of the VP, Media the Senior Influencer Strategist will be responsible for day-to-day influencer management activities in the form of sourcing, briefing, and leading influencer brand campaigns. This role will cultivate influencers as brand advocates, content creators, and content promoters as well as build strategic plans that focus on a melding of creative storytelling and cultural relevance.

If you’re really good at:

  • Constructing and presenting influencer strategies for always-on activations and campaigns including objectives, messaging, channels, influencer tiers and media spend
  • Developing creative briefs for our internal team that inspire unique ways to engage influencers on behalf of brands
  • Creating comprehensive influencer content calendars
  • Sourcing and negotiating contracts with influencers
  • Maintaining regular communications between the brand and influencers including feedback on content
  • Consolidating influencer creative files for batch client approvals
  • Monitoring influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines
  • Collaborating with analytics to present campaign results
  • Maintaining ongoing influencer budget and reconciliation of paid media promotion
  • Keeping a pulse on emerging influencer trends across social media channels
  • Leading weekly meetings, presenting campaign recommendations, influencer selects, briefs and campaign results to internal teams and client
  • Building and maintaining relationships with influencers, talent agencies and internal agency counterparts
  • Making process recommendations, applying the media company mindset for clients and for Dagger
  • Asking thoughtful questions – and LOTS of them!

And you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in influencer management
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Experience analyzing data to deliver on KPIs
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing programs with influencers with small to large followings
  • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
  • Familiarity with basic accounting/math principles
