We have been recognized as the bridge between Hollywood and healthcare, given our expertise and experience identifying and partnering Celebrity Talent and Influencers with brands in the healthcare industry. starpower works with client across various industries, including but not limited to CPG, Health & Wellness, Financial Services and Beverage Alcohol/Spirits.
starpower is looking for a Senior Account Executive, Influencer Marketing, a digitally savvy and organized thought-leader, you will support the data-driven execution of best-in-class influencer marketing programs.
We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. While the ideal candidate is in New York, Miami, or Los Angeles, we will consider remote candidates for this role as well.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute influencer programs from strategic and creative development, identification of influencers, negotiations and contracts, briefing and content approvals, posting and measurement
- Develop comprehensive reporting to articulate campaign impact; reports to be based on client approved measurement plans
- Consistently communicate opportunities for optimization of any campaigns with your clients.
- Conduct professional and effective outreach to influencers and agents on behalf of the agency and our clients.
- Oversee client satisfaction. Developing stellar relationships with clients, gaining their trust and friendship
- Work with internal team to keep account organized and running smoothly including managing effective communication to Directors/senior leaders and junior team members
- Partner with finance on payments and tracking all invoices and accounts
- Have strong knowledge of contract elements with the ability to communicate to the clients and collaborate with business affairs throughout contracting process

What You Should Have
- 4-6 years agency (or in-house) experience in a role with heavy experience driving influencer marketing
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative, smart influencer marketing strategy that meets client objectives
- Knowledge of the influencer and entertainment marketing space including tools, relationships with talent, best and worst practices and the ability to communicate that information to clients and to internal stakeholders
- Expertise in social marketing platforms
- Knowledge of key performance metrics with a focus on analytics and optimization. Experience with leading vendor partners in the space is a plus.
- Ability to communicate data and reports to optimize actionable strategic recommendations in clear, cogent fashion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to create client-facing decks for campaign materials
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
