Vitamix is seeking a Coordinator, Social Media that will support the day-to-day efforts of the brand’s social media and influencer programs. This role will support active content creation across both the household and commercial brands, building content calendars and working with the internal creative and brand teams to bring storytelling to life across all social channels. This role will report into the Sr. Manager, Social Media & Influencers, on the brand team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner across Marketing to develop end-to-end organic content calendar for Vitamix employer brand on LinkedIn, Commercial LinkedIn profile, Vitamix Pinterest and other channels as required (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Manages day-to-day content creation (design, post creation, scheduling) and reporting for Vitamix Commercial LinkedIn profile; working across departments to ensure alignment with business and marketing goals.
  • Develops monthly social media calendar and related assets to distribute to Vitamix international partners on an ongoing basis.
  • Proactively works with creative counterparts for the development of assets required (static, video, etc.) in order to sustain strong presence across various Vitamix social media properties. Assist in the creation of assets as required.
  • Responsible for identifying and engaging with customers/potential customers across platforms in partnership with social care agents (no customer care experience required).
  • Support Sr. Manager, Social & Influencers on the integration of CRM technology into paid social media campaigns; acts as day-to-day project manager for creative needs supporting integration.
  • On-call rotation on a weekly basis.

The Successful Candidate Will Also Possess

  • Alignment with Vitamix’s culture and CORE which defines its Purpose, Mission, and Values.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Dropbox, Clickup, and social listening tools like Sprinklr.
  • Expertise around Vitamix competencies: Drive for Results Resourcefulness, Sense of Urgency, Communication, Accountability, and Detail Orientation.
  • Experience participating in a wide variety of social media activities such as influencer management, paid and organic social strategies, etc.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices. A passion for bringing new ideas forward to both internal and agency teams.
  • Ability to design and create social media creative assets for use organically across channels; experience keeping us with channel creative best practices, etc.
  • Experience establishing metrics, gleaning community insights and reporting/recommending strategies that achieve marketing goals.
  • Solid organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing deadlines. Works with team members to project completion, ensuring attention to detail along the way.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear, focused and concise manner.
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing and growing environment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university) in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related field.
