The SVP Go to Market (GTM) Management leads an organization that combines strategy, planning and operations, to partner with our global sales teams and senior leadership across the company. The VP GTM will develop the GTM strategy in collaboration with the strategists. They will translate that into a tactical set of sales play resources. Working closely with Marketing, they will develop joint campaigns that help Infor take the most relevant industry messaging and positioning statements. Guidelines and content will be developed that the sales teams can execute on, in terms of the enablement, instructions on engagement and how to orchestrate these sales plays in the field. Working with colleagues across all functions, the VP will drive a high-performing, collaborative and ethical sales culture, focus on increasing sales across all product and markets.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes

  • Partner with the executive leadership team to develop the GTM across geographies, segments and products to acquire new customers
  • Provide leadership that creates partnership and thought leadership for senior sales management globally
  • Set targets on what are the objectives of in terms of expectations on pipeline generation, conversion and ultimately bookings associated with those sales plays
  • Tracking effectiveness of the sales plays in the market
  • From a content perspective, working hand and glove with our marketing heads aligned by industry
  • Continually drive transformations in planning, data analytics, systems and sales process improvements, ensuring a high growth agenda
  • Lead field communications, maximizing the adoption of new programs and processes

Required Skills

  • Candidates will have GTM management and strategy experience in software/cloud, with a demonstrated history of driving sales and growth
  • Be a creator, builder, analyzer, optimizer - someone who instinctively analyzes strategy and go-to-market motions to determine a world leading GTM strategy
  • Program management experience - launching programs globally or regionally, collaborating with local teams to tailor programs by market, and driving teams to activate, scale, and measure success

  • Organized and detail-oriented communicator, collaborator, and networker/connector, bringing people together and drive actions to their natural conclusion
  • Hands-on, not just a leader/talker
  • Business acumen, understanding of business strategy and executive presence
  • Conflict management skills; open to challenge process
  • Proven ability to gain trust across internal functional leaders and regional leaders
  • Ability to determine strategy and build tactical plans that deliver tangible results
  • Presentation skills and ability to articulate the corporate vision, strategies, and complex technology simply
