Small Ad Agency of the Year – AdAge (https://acadia.io/adage-names-... is seeking a talented junior to mid-level paid social creative strategist to join our performance creative team. The ideal candidate will have some experience working at a digital marketing agency and will be responsible for creating and executing creative content strategies that align with our clients' business goals with an emphasis on sourcing and briefing UGC video creatives which will run on our clients paid channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competitive research and analysis as well as staying up to date on the latest trends and best practices for paid media channels and the digital marketing industry as a whole
  • Help clients differentiate themselves within the greater competitive landscape by planning new concepts, briefing ads, and strategizing messaging.
  • Develop, present, and execute creative content strategies for our clients across multiple channels, including Tiktok, google, meta, amazon, and more.
  • Create content calendars that align with clients' business objectives and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Brief and source video creatives from UGC creators to run on our clients paid channels
  • Oversee creative projects working will multiple creators, designers, or video editors. This includes writing creative briefs for designers or UGC creators, providing our partners with feedback and ultimately ensuring that the creatives meet our quality standards as well as making sure they are delivered on time.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and account management, to deliver cohesive and effective campaign creatives.
  • Ability to finish creative production projects if an outsourcing partner is unable to do so

Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. in advertising, marketing, graphic design, communications, journalism, or relevant work experience
  • 6-12 months of experience creating and executing Facebook ad concepts at a digital marketing agency
  • Experience either creating UGC videos for brands or working with creators to source UGC videos
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Google Suite, Facebook ads manager, Google Analytics/Ads, and CapCut.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of current and future design trends - you know what’ll be in before it’s in, and what’ll be out before it’s out
  • Familiarity with Asana

What Success Looks Like During Day to Day Duties:

  • Ensure client satisfaction on creative services
  • Ensure ads are delivered to the media team according to the creative plan with proper lead times
  • Client approves our UGC scripts and creator list within two rounds of revision
  • Majority of ads delivered to client are approved on second round
  • You are proactively planning clients next quarterly creative plans a month before they are actually due
  • Completion of all asana tasks on time
  • Ability to professionally collaborate with other project stakeholders via slack and asana

  • Proven ability to present creative plans to clients and properly provide the strategy behind the decisions you’ve made

  • Build strong relational equity with clients as demonstrated by 75% client renewal of creative services
  • Your ads will be among the highest drivers of ROAS and efficiency in the account
