IJM’s Strategic Partnership’s (Major Donor) Operations & Strategy is adding a Campaign Director, Strategic Partnerships to manage all strategy, operations and activities for US major donors. By focusing on multi-year fundraising campaigns and ensuring proper donor relations, overseeing vendor relationships and communicating our organizational mission and vision, this leader will help maximize major donor revenue growth across the US. Ultimately, your success in this role will lead to more children, women and men being freed from violence and protected in their communities.
This position may office in the Washington D.C. area or may be remotely based in the US (i.e., Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicagoland, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Atlanta, New York) and reports to the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, US. Recruitment contact: Kirsten Caudill.
Responsibilities
- Develop the comprehensive campaign strategy and implementation approach to maximize major donor revenue growth across the US market;
- Oversee the implementation of an initial multi-year campaign strategy across the US major donor market, and lead the ongoing campaign fundraising strategy for the major donor market; and
- Collaborate with internal teams leading corporate partnerships, mobilization, professional athlete and influencer partnerships to maximize campaign reach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years relevant experience;
- Substantial experience with major donor non-profit fundraising strategy and execution;
- Major-donor fundraising campaign experience preferred;
- High proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite;
- Teamwork project planning software preferred;
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive to clarity;
- Advanced data management and analysis skills, particularly in the areas of revenue management, cost analysis, and fundraising/sales management;
- Strong engagement across team functions, leadership, and external constituents; and
- Ability to develop strategy and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
