Location: Greater Phoenix, Arizona Area
Work Schedule: Hybrid + Light Travel
Salary: $50-60k DOE
A Social Media Specialist position is now available through The Keller Group. Our client is a reputable national brand with a loyal customer base. This is both a creative and analytical position, so all candidates interested must submit work samples, along with any relevant performance statistics.
As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the following:
- Support and implement a global social media strategy - develop, plan, and execute on organic social media best practices
- Track and analyze analytics and reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness, while utilizing this for future campaigns
- Craft engaging and trending content across key channels including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and other emerging channels while establishing and monitoring KPIs
- Oversee daily management and maintenance of social channels and strategize ways to drive growth through platforms
- Effectively schedule and manage postings (organic and some paid)
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging copy, videos, and photography assets for social media channels
- Develop content calendar and topic framework providing frequent content updates through the appropriate social channels
- Manage community interactions by monitoring conversations, responding to reviews and comments, and generate conversation by engaging with online communities
- Assist in influencer marketing and relationships
- Identify emerging media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities
- Ability to travel to attend pop-ups, events, etc. and capture content and imagery for real time social media coverage

Requirements
Qualifications for Social Media Specialist position:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study
- 1-3 years of experience in social media strategy in a professional capacity (brand or agency side)
- Ability to effectively schedule and manage postings, as well as track metrics and report/present to executives on campaign performance
