What we’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Social Content Creator to join the Stanley Brand Creative Team, a critical role in the growing creative community at Stanley. This role will be responsible for ideation, concept creation, creative direction, and production of Stanley social content in close partnership with the Social Media teams. This role will conceptualize and execute compelling social campaigns, content series and social assets. Candidates should have an understanding of best practices within the social landscape and experience implementing them for a dynamic brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the paid and organic social teams to brainstorm and execute social-first/only content
  • Create social first deliverables at brand content shoots
  • Deliver quick turn social content based on trends, events or user generated content through video, photography, or graphic design
  • Work cross functionally to formulate strategies that harnesses the power of content to drive customer engagement
  • Assist Social Media lead in creation of content calendar across platforms
  • Work events and interface with key players to capture content and deliver event goals
  • Promote a consistent brand identity through the company’s social media profiles
  • Partner and collaborate across marketing and product teams to ensure the cohesiveness of content across all mediums, the content is consistent with our brand stories, and the content ultimately drives traffic and engagement back to the brands’ sites

About you:

  • Possess an awareness of social media trends in short form content and graphic design
  • A collaborative spirit and creative mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and adapt quickly to change, demonstrates learning agility with desire to grow and develop
  • Ability to build credible, effective relationships with stakeholders and cross functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including cross cultural communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical with reporting fundamentals and quality decision making skills
  • Self-directed, motivated and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years at an established brand
  • Understanding of social media landscape, emerging content formats and best-practice across platforms
  • Short form content creation and curation experience
  • Demonstrated experience creating social first video, photography, and graphic design. (Must provide examples)
  • Paid ads creative experience
  • Social copywriting experience
  • Experience directing and producing social media shoots, with the ability to create assets with quick-turn around delivery
  • Skilled in Photography and Videography; ability to personally shoot and edit content that meets the needs of social creative briefs
  • Ability to use Photoshop, InDesign, video editing, etc.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
