Nasdaq is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Senior Associate to support its growing Nasdaq Corporate Solutions product portfolio, which empowers companies with technology and intelligence to innovate, grow, and stay ahead of the changing markets. We offer an integrated suite of market intelligence, analytics, and collaboration solutions that support business leaders around the globe.

The senior associate will be responsible for planning and executing a digital marketing program that drives global demand at scale across the expansive Nasdaq Corporate Solutions product portfolio. The senior associate will continuously fill the funnel with actionable, high-quality leads generated by our website, paid search, and relevant partner websites. The role will also manage efforts to ensure continuous optimization of our owned properties to support the success of our paid programs, in partnership with our enterprise Digital team.

The senior associate must be a performance marketer with an analytical mind, a focus on data, and a strong knowledge base of digital marketing tools and strategies that drive results. With ownership of website development, PPC, SEO, A/B testing, and CRO, this person will identify opportunities and action improvements to advance our digital marketing efforts.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, this global role will be based out of New York and will be expected to closely collaborate across all Marketing functions, including content marketing, field marketing, portfolio marketing, and client marketing. Additionally, the person will interface with a number of internal multi-disciplinary teams -- communications, sales, product management, and the corporate digital, social media, and web team -- that are based in offices all over the world as well as digital agencies and marketing platform providers.

Your role and responsibilities

You are an expert at search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search management (PPC), with experience in leading both technical and content optimizations. You are familiar with digital marketing best practices, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) testing, and managing third-party vendors and platforms to facilitate consistent and impactful improvements that drive highly qualified leads at scale.

  • Plan, develop, and implement a digital demand generation strategy in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing and the Director, Growth and Intelligence Marketing
  • Manage presence in directories and other digital mediums
  • Lead digital advertising activities and perform A/B tests to optimize the overall efficiency and revenue of campaigns
  • Plan, develop, and implement an SEO strategy that achieves zero ranking for strategic keywords inclusive of SEO experiments and conversion tests, website content development informed by strategic keyword research, backlink identification and execution and Web taxonomy strategy and URL naming conventions for standardized reporting
  • Support Marketing contribution to sales pipeline from campaigns on an annual basis through search-generated leads (paid & organic) and other paid channels, such as paid social media
  • Manage paid vendor relationships for Corporate Solutions across paid platforms
  • Identify and track progress through digital KPIs, and establish a reporting framework to share progress with multiple senior and executive stakeholders
  • Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO and CRO best practices to drive results
  • Liase with the Enterprise marketing team as needed for key initiatives
  • Identify the latest SEO, SEM, social media trends, and best practices affecting our industry

You Will Need The Following Skills And Experience

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with a strong understanding of modern digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization, paid search, and other paid growth marketing tactics
  • Experience in B2B demand generation from an agency or in-house marketing perspective
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach to digital marketing program management
  • Experience in measuring performance metrics using Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Ability to execute against deadlines for multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously while also being able to demonstrate a strong sense of prioritization to remove activities outside of business strategic objectives
  • Strong executive presence and ability to articulate results concisely and effectively to leadership
  • Ability to enthusiastically share your knowledge and skills with others and contribute to a performance-first, data-driven marketing organization
  • Salesforce.com experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent writer and communicator

And it would be great if you have experience with

  • Marketing SaaS software
  • Marketing technology tools, including Drupal, BrightEdge, Marketo, etc.
  • Managing leadership expectations and delivering quality work consistently and reliably

The base pay range for this role is $56,200 - $93,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
