Job Description

The Sr National Account Manager is responsible for our key partner, CDW. This includes setting up the account, implementing key processes and building a strong foundation for growth. This role will ensure our basics such as pricing, bid desks, product content and inventory feeds are flowing smoothly to both CDW and their end-users to support our order flow. You will work closely with internal leadership to support the set-up and growth at a detailed level.

As Sr National Account Manager, you will be hands-on in growing our brand awareness, quoting, and generating revenue across CDW via high sales engagement with CDW sales teams. The role will also provide leadership over needed marketing campaigns and priorities for engagement. You will be responsible for delivering against CDW account sales targets and will lead the way as an example setter.

As we set-up and grow CDW revenue and opportunities, we will need to invest in additional resources to maximize our CDW sales coverage. Being able to directly, indirectly, or grow into managing others is a plus.

Essential Skills And Experience

  • 4-7+ years of CDW relationships, sell-thru results, and know-how
  • Demonstrated results-oriented, consistent achiever of sales targets (individual)
  • Passion for IT hardware products and base technical competence
  • Understanding of our key categories and/or ability to learn quickly is a plus
  • Understanding of account mapping, sales engagement techniques with CDW
  • A demonstrated ace in prioritization against opportunities and decision-making that enables sales growth
  • Comprehension in managing opportunity pipelines, tracking, and measuring in CRM tools
  • Other traits and characteristics: Entrepreneurial, accountable, self-reliant, enjoys being an underdog or entrepreneurial, team-oriented, growth mindset, treats others with professionalism
  • Able to balance and translate high-level strategy to its day-to-day implementation
  • Positive mindset and good sense of humor a plus for our culture

Reporting To This Position

  • This role will report to the Director, B2B Business Development and indirectly have support and close engagement with the SVP, GM of the B2B Business Unit
  • This role will begin as an individual contributor, but after a period of time onboarding and successfully growing CDW, could develop into managing additional employees at CDW, and expanding your career across other areas of the IT hardware Channel.
