About This Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Influencer and Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute earned content strategy for MillerKnoll globally. You will ensure cohesive engagement across multiple platforms. Our Global Social Media team drives brand awareness, consideration, demand, and loyalty across MillerKnoll’s family of brands (Design Within Reach, HAY, Herman Miller, Knoll, Muuto, Fully). You will shape a social media strategy to meet these goals and work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to bring the strategy to life.
What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Collaborate across business units on multi-platform strategies, tactics, and outcomes, primarily working to leverage influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Develop and implement an insights-led multi-platform strategy with an up-to-date understanding of social “best practices," ensuring alignment with broader marketing priorities, business goals, voice, and brand. Platforms may include Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and more.
- Create and implement influencer strategy and conduct ongoing relationship management, contracts, and campaign measurement and testing
- Contribute to the content calendar for one or more Herman Miller brands, including managing timelines and priorities.
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling content through photo and video shoots, contribute to editorial direction and storytelling, and source on-brand user-generated content.
- Optimize use of social media management tools include Sprinklr, Curalate and CreatorIQ.
- Collect and interpret social media insights and trends using social listening tools, analytics platforms, and SEO to guide campaigns, maximize engagement, and make data-backed recommendations.
- Liase with international teams to ensure social strategy represents global goals
- Contribute to community management and social listening strategy.
Sound Like You?
You might be just who we're looking for if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- 3+ of social media marketing experience managing multiple products, ideally within a complex, fast-paced corporate environment.
- One to two years of experience working with social media management and reporting tools such as Sprinklr, Social Studio, Sprout, or a similar tool.
- Experience driving a B2C paid social media marketing strategy.
- Experience developing and implementing a multi-channel B2C social media strategy that leverages brand networks, customers, content, partnerships, and events.
- The ability to guide creative teams in shaping content for optimal social reach and engagement.
- Excellent writing and communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to occasionally work flexible hours to cover weeknight and weekend duties.
- Fluency with social analytics, social advertising (e.g., Facebook ads) and SEO (a plus).
- Interest in design
- The ability to be self-motivated and to work independently.

A starting compensation range for this role is $66,600.00 - $83,300.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
