Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 Annually

  • Social Portfolio: 50+ owned + operated accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest, including running TikTok accounts for brand partners
  • Talent and Influencer Arm: Strategy and activations ranging from celebrity partnerships and stunts to year long ambassadorships and campaign work across platforms and categories

We're seeking a full-time Associate Influencer Marketing Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the influencer marketing team and other interdepartmental teams to execute influencer partnerships for a variety of clients. This position is hybrid and located in New York City.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Influencer Sourcing

  • Source influencers that fit the correct demographic and audience for each campaign
  • Keep a pulse on trending influencers within the space to use for brand partnerships.
  • Educate the team on influencer marketing tools to use these tools to assess and find ideal partners
  • Use influencer marketing tools to assess and find ideal partners

Influencer Campaign Management

  • Client communication throughout the campaign
  • Primary communication of campaign information to influencer partners
  • Manage the content creation process, from creative briefs to ensuring all deliverables are met and that content is approved & posted in an efficient manner
  • Review submitted & posted influencer content
  • Communicate consistent updates with the internal Account Management team to communicate campaign updates to clients
  • Organize campaign details in internal drives
  • Orchestrate the contracting process with influencer partners
  • Keep team informed on hurdles or flags throughout the campaign but problem solve to create solutions

Influencer Reporting

  • Retrieve influencer results
  • Develop insights from campaigns

Become expert in the Influencer Marketing space

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts within the influencer space
  • Stay informed of platform updates, specifically across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitch and Twitter
  • Maintain an understanding of influencer marketing landscape, staying on top of trends and implementing changes as needed
  • Help with influencer strategy development

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS:

  • You have 2-4 years experience in social media influencer campaign management
  • Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with paid social media in support of influencer campaigns
  • Proven ability to negotiate legal contracts with influencers
  • Experience working with influencer and content management tools
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at a time against strict deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team

Location: New York hybrid

Salary: $55-65k
