Talent Relations Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Relations Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional service to our clients and facilitate the development and execution of talent strategies. The ideal candidate should have a network within the industry, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, ensuring overall satisfaction and proactive communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute talent strategies
• Identify and source top talent for client opportunities, including outbound prospecting and recruitment campaigns
• Develop creative ways to engage and retain talent
• Support talent onboarding and offboarding activities
• Track and report progress against client and talent objectives
• Attend client meetings and represent the company at industry events
• Ad-hoc projects and requests in support of Director of Talent Relations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent industry experience)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a social media influencer context
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others
• Experience managing priorities across multiple clients and projects
• Familiarity with talent acquisition technologies, platforms and resources
• Passion for the creative industry and emerging trends
• Located in Houston, Nashville, or NYC area
