- 3AM is our content innovation studio. We use insights to identify an audience & how to immerse them into a world, then turn stories into participation-first content and experiences (social campaigns, original content, experiential, etc.)
- Wild Card Editorial & Skip Films create the opening line (trailer, a/v assets), the moment that invites the audience into the story.
Purpose
This position will be the production partner to the creative team, business leads within 3AM and brand partners. A champion for bringing ideas to life through responsible, creative, solution-oriented, and innovative production solves. The Senior Producer, Social demonstrates optimism in the midst of challenges and elevates the work. All while being fiscally responsible and keeping the client and agency goals in mind. This producer finds magic in bringing the right pieces of the puzzle together for each project. They keep up with creative solutions inside and outside of the industry, and constantly look for the next innovations to create breakthrough work. The Senior Producer, Social will partner closely with the creative and account team to manage the workload, resources, clients and creative of the social creative team. This team produces a lot of content at a quick pace, so the ability to juggle multiple asset workflows at once is key. The account is with a top 5 beer brand
Location: Los Angeles preferred. Open to remote employees.
Job Responsibilities
- Have a unifying understanding of brand needs, strategic goals, creative vision, and production possibilities in order to execute in a way that keeps the pieces aligned and moving forward.
- Lead and manage brand partners and internal cross-functional teams during the project lifecycle, including client calls
- Budget, timeline, SOW, and vendor contract development for all assigned projects.
- Own projects from kick-off through final execution and each step in between.
- Strong ability to partner with Account/Strategy, Creative, Analytics, and Technical teams
- Creative Production
- Ensures 3rd party deliverables are completed per spec/expectation
- Establishes effective work-flow with editorial group and ensure cross-agency coordination throughout the project lifecycle
- Contributes to creative ideation process and always seeks to elevate creative output
- Is well versed in industry trends and production innovation
- Project Management
- Management of production schedule from kickoff to launch
- Develops overall project timeline for internal and external audiences – setting achievable milestones based on the project's needs.
- Schedules creative production meetings with external partners and brand partners.
- Strives for ways to optimize/continuously improve internal production process
- Manages third party vendors through production, post and delivery
- Asset Management
- Maintain a consistent electronic filing system for all assets (internal/third party/client) on a project, and proper archiving system at the close of the project.
- Budget
- Accurately estimates external and internal costs required to deliver scope
- Negotiates pricing for third party vendors
- Ensures project stays on track and within budget
- Works with Business Lead to manage project margin and identify potential issues, anticipating issues/potential overages
- Client Management
- Day to day brand partner production contact
- Maintains rapport and trust with brand partners
Required Skills
- 5+ years of consistently producing branded social projects within a creative agency on-time and on budget, including digital, live action, print, animation projects.
- Confidence to drive a team toward delivering the best results for the project and company while keeping the team inspired and engaged during the production lifecycle
- Meticulous, collaborative, patient, level headed, able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Keen organizational skills
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- An avid interest in entertainment, brand and gaming advertising
- Strong understanding of specs,media plans, paid media
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative eye and discerning standards
- Track record of driving and meeting deadlines
- Inspired to push boundaries and be a thought leader.

Additional Skills:
- Influencer campaigns mgmt.
- Community mgmt experience
- AV finishing experience
- A/R, V/R production experience a plus
Pay Range
$105,000—$115,000 USD
