VP of Talent Partnerships & Influencer Strategy

OpenDor Media (ODM) is looking for someone dynamic and self-motivated to lead a new exciting division focused on building and executing a strategy to drive the growth of a cohort of content creators.

ODM reaches millions of people annually with impactful Jewish and Israel education content on multiple platforms through the Unpacked brand. This new division - Powered by ODM - will leverage our existing capabilities and expertise to grow the reach and impact of a community of mission-aligned content creators across media.

This senior staff position will report to the CEO.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy for the division; Lead content partnerships
• Talent Management: Manage all aspects of the content creator partnerships from the initial onboarding process, partnership retention growth opportunities and day-to-day relationship. Help creators find and connect to the right brands for their content and audience
• Drive growth: Develop tailored business plans to drive growth in reach and engagement of each Powered By content creator
• Build and manage a team: End-to-end management of content expansion projects for each, liaising with OpenDor Media production, education, and marketing teams

What You Have:

• Entrepreneurial drive to launch this new initiative, and to work with each content creator
• Experience managing talent in the media space
• Deep knowledge of media - including Instagram and Tiktok
• Knowledge of media production processes
• Enthusiasm for our mission of impactful Jewish education through media

Our target salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience in similar roles, and expertise related to the qualifications.
