The Digital Content Creator’s primary role is for the efficient development of high quality creative to meet the video, photography, social media, and marketing needs of the Mars Fishcare (MFC)brands. He or she will be responsible for leading the full life-cycle creative process from initial concept through execution across video production and photography (inclusive of lighting, shooting, sound capture and editing), graphic design, multi-media design and other needs. They will develop creative assets for use across MFC and its brands by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Associate degree or technical certification
  • 3+ years of experience in a high paced corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Expert knowledge of digital video and digital photography technologies including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong photography skills & experience
  • Marketing/agency production background preferred
  • Experience with the following production systems and/or technical equipment is required: non-linear video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro), computer graphics (After Effects, Motion, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.), logging and asset management systems.
  • Experience using DSLRs for video capture is preferred

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Create and develop multi-media assets that can be distributed through a variety of digital means to reach internal and external audiences.
  • Conceptualize, produce, shoot, and edit videos including special events, management team communications (Branded and non-branded Marketing content, executive headshots, corporate photography, internal videos), training videos and other videos as needed.
  • Use interviewing and green screen lighting techniques and all phases of post-production.
  • Ensure all creative assets incorporate strong storytelling for engaging content.
  • ‪Ability to shoot and edit for video and still photography is required.
  • Create custom motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge in the Create custom motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge in asset management
  • Photograph special events, pet pictures, head shots and other assignments as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally to interpret and meet the needs of the internal clients.
  • Develop and maintain packaging across brands to include labels, boxes, etc.
