We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager who will play a key role across our Global Marketing team. Your communication and project management skills will help develop our top and middle-of-funnel content strategy.
As a content marketer, you know how important storytelling is to create compelling content that engages audiences. In this role, you’ll produce content that engages prospects and customers and drives business results through increased conversion rates, leads, asset downloads, etc.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build a cross-platform digital content strategy that owns and optimizes our blog, social, influencer community, campaigns, and critical channels for time-specific and evergreen content.
- Manage a team of freelance writers and work in partnership with our Product Marketing, Marketing Insights, and Corporate Communications teams, assigning and editing work and ensuring content is well-researched, maintains the brand style and voice, and all deadlines are met according to publication schedules.
- Deeply understand the marketing persona and secondary audiences in the buying group and write and edit content to successfully engage those personas.
- Partner with and advise the growth, campaigns, and product marketing teams on new/better/different content strategies and tactics that maximize awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
- Manage the quarterly editorial calendar and content plan, which provides visibility and content governance.
What We Look For In You
- 4- years’ experience in a similar role, showing increasing levels of responsibility and complexity of assignments.
- Strong grasp of content marketing strategy and how different types of content are used to engage and nurture leads along the funnel.
- The curiosity to proactively ask questions and look for new and compelling story angles and topic ideas.
- Excellent written skills: comfortable writing and editing both long and short form copy.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
- Demonstrate good organization and communication skills, teamwork, resourcefulness, accountability, and outstanding attention to detail.
- Knowledge of keyword placement and SEO best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
