About the role:

The Sr. Influencer Marketing Manager- MONOPOLY GO! is responsible for establishing the vision and execution of influencer and creator initiatives on Scopely’s brand new top-grossing game, Monopoly Go. This engaging, creative and analytical leader will have a pulse on gaming and social media trends to ensure Monopoly Go is developing one of the most engaged gaming communities in the world.

As a key subject matter in the Strategic Marketing Group, you’ll partner with key leaders across the game team, brand and media to develop a comprehensive growth strategy for Monopoly Go. You’ll own your influencer strategy end-to-end, including identifying creators and agency partners, developing creative briefs, executing contracts, tracking budgets and evaluating the success of your strategy. You’ll also consult and support the Strategic Marketing group across our portfolio of games to ensure they’re leveraging the best approaches for those games.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute the global creator and influencer strategy to enable Monopoly Go! to grow and engage its global fanbase.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of influencer relationships, including sourcing of influencers, managing contracts, briefing documents, content direction and approval processes.
  • Identify and onboard the agency and other external partners that will serve as an extension of you and the larger Monopoly Go marketing team.
  • Manage contracted influencer deliverables and prepare routine reports (including performance data analysis) on relevant metrics.
  • Oversee budgets for all influencer marketing, inclusive of external partners.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to find key cultural moments or trends where influencer partnerships may be activated.
  • Partner with the paid media team to continuously grow and optimise our player-centric approach to help maximise our overall reach.
  • Brief and collaborate with our internal creative team, as well as the brand leads to ensure relevant, best-in-class content for key social media platforms.
  • Regularly review influencer performance and insights to keep the business and marketing organisation up to date with market/industry trends and initiatives to ensure our initiatives are relevant and competitive.

About you:

  • 5+ years experience in social media marketing, working at an influencer agency or directly leading influencer marketing for a game or entertainment brand
  • Experience working with and/or managing Influencer Marketing agencies from the RFP process all the way through to day-to-day execution and regular budget management
  • Strong sense of creativity and a good eye for emerging social media trends
  • Understanding of social media marketing strategy and the entire social marketing mix – paid, organic, owned and earned
  • Able to work in complex situations and matrixed organisations.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, in English, are a must
  • Awareness and knowledge of social and cultural trends and current events.

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $140,00 - $150,000, plus equity, bonus and benefits, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
