Description:
In this exciting role, you will be building out the Client Service function of our US Business, reporting into the SVP of Commercial. Client Service is a post sale function inclusive of account directors, client service leads and creator partner managers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Being the Client Services leader, you will build out and action the operational excellence of our US team to deliver a ‘best in class’ post sale client experience.
● Design, develop, and execute processes to maximize efficiency, output and service for our partners. This includes developing hand off procedures from pre to post sale, designing KODs, building campaign status documents, building relationships and contracting creators and designing templates for PCAs. All processes will be built to scale.
● Increase and maintain adoption of Influencer’s platform Waves and creator app across teams and clients, working closely with Product teams
● Work with sellers to convert both one-time bookings and existing accounts into long-term strategic client relationship
● Build a team of 12+ over the next 12 months.
● Oversee process, implementation, and development of PCAs, ensuring Influencer
remains a market leader when demonstrating strategic and insight output
● Work with SVP on Commercial Operations Reporting (Including Forecasting, Margin
Analysis, and Pipeline control).
● Develop automations for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on account status
(revenue, pipeline management, margin, etc)
● Be the champion of consistency when it comes to cross-departmental process, ensuring
each team is aligned and following best practices
● Ensure communication across the business is open, act as the facilitator of collaboration
between the Delivery team and the wider company.
Requirements:
● 10+ years of management and client service experience in influencer, social, content and/or media. Agency experience is ideal.
● Understanding and experience in building creator relationships and contracting of creators.
● Experience working with platform partners as well as brand direct.
● Experience building out operational processes and implementation at scale
● You are passionate and have an understanding of influencer marketing, social media and
digital marketing and how it’s evolving
● You are commercially aware, organised, confident and communicate exceptionally well
● You are meticulous with your planning and can think of creative ways to get ahead of the game and exceed your targets
● You know what motivates you and others, and you help keep everyone around you motivated
