About The Team

The Online Publishing team aims to empower authors and bring great books to a worldwide audience. We use not only our data strength but also our promotional advantages to help writers find their target readers and make their books viral both online and offline.

Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns for fiction and non-fiction, in collaboration with editors, corporate PR, and XFNs.
  • Manage marketing budgets for titles and utilize data to measure marketing performance.
  • Work with external marketing agencies, influencers, and other brands to launch marketing campaigns.
  • Develop the social media strategy for our brand and authors, including audience development, content creation, and creator collaborations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years professional experience in digital marketing. Preferably in publishing industry.
  • Possess a keen understanding of book digital marketing, specifically fiction.
  • Familiarity with online marketing platforms and influencer marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106000 - $198000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
