What You Will Do

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative Coordinator, Omnichannel Marketing to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the accelerating Omnichannel Shopper Marketing strategy in executing various programs and initiatives designed to support key retail customer growth. You will be at the forefront of the ever-changing retail and digital marketing landscape, helping a high-growth brand, while making an impact through a deep marketing toolkit. You will build a unique understanding of the Chomps consumer journey and our retail customer goals with cross-functional collaboration and inputs across the Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, and Ecommerce teams. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Omnichannel Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of the omnichannel shopper marketing strategy
  • Assist with the measurement and reporting of all customized shopper marketing programs with our largest category and top tier customers
  • Support the planning and execution of retail marketing support, including coupon programs, digital and print advertising, social media, influencer, brand collaborations, in-store activations, and more
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams (Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, Business Analytics) to support overall content strategy and messaging related to the omnichannel vision
  • Conduct research on shopper trends and best-in-class omnichannel marketing programs that drive growth and consumer interest to inform marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Execute program tactics and optimize as needed to effectively drive results
  • Execute with financial rigor, supporting the ongoing investment of omnichannel marketing plans and real-time shifts
  • Analyze retailer-specific sales data to evaluate effectiveness of shopper marketing program
  • Analyze performance of loyalty, cash back, rewards, and digital coupon initiatives
  • Assist with management of national demos and trade shows
  • Collaborate closely with the team to inform the creation and execution of sales materials - sell sheets, fact sheets, POS, displays, shippers
  • Support the communication and programming with Retail Dietitians
  • Bring new ideas to expand on current programs and partner capabilities in a test and learn environment

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, or related field, preferably in the CPG industry
  • Results oriented. Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • External partner and agency management experience
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Bachelors in relevant degree
