Job Description
As a Social Media Manager at Social Chain you will mainly manage the ins and outs of brands’ social media calendars. From making sure that the strategy is being implemented correctly and optimized with all the learnings, to ideating what the content should look like with the creative team. The ideal social media manager is a creative and strategic mind, with great interest in social media and culture.
Responsibilities
- Implement social strategy across brand social accounts
- Own and manage the social media calendar
- Review client briefs to translate into social first content for the given client
- Create copy for the social posts across all channels
- Schedule social posts through third party tools and select paid promotion posts from the content calendar
- Support in weekly and monthly reports
- Read and action learnings from reports to ongoing social calendar
- Stay up-to-date with changes and trending content across our social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Support brands to source reactive opportunities
- Support client community management and social listening needs

- Optimize social campaigns to increase performance
- Stay on top of the social channel changes to implement in to the account
- Keep social accounts relevant to the consumer, the category, and the culture they are targeting.
