Summary

Vivint is a leading provider of smart home technology and services that enhance the lives of our customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our team.

The Sales Enablement Coordinator is responsible for collaborating on, designing, and delivering engaging training content to our field technicians, customer service representatives, and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and informative presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva. The successful candidate will also have some experience with desktop publishing and/or graphic design.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training content for new and existing employees.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and refine training materials.
  • Design visually appealing and informative presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva.
  • Create graphics and other visual aids to enhance training materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions either in-person or via video conference calls.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training materials.
  • Manage and organize training content in our learning management system.
  • Assist with other content creation needs, such as marketing materials, product documentation, and user guides.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in designing and delivering training content preferred.
  • Proficiency in presentation software such as PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva.
  • Some experience with desktop publishing and/or graphic design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of smart home technology and services is a plus.

Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
