Job Description Summary:

The US Consumer Integrated Marketing Manager will help to drive the end-to-end US consumer marketing plan for PayPal.

In partnership with the Director of Consumer Integrated Marketing, you will be responsible for bringing together the insights, strategy and the plan for all US campaigns, leveraging the full marketing funnel and channels (owned, earned, paid) to tell the story of PayPal’s core value proposition, driving awareness, comprehension, and intent that inspires prospective and existing customers to choose and use PayPal every day.

In partnership with the US consumer marketing team and cross-functional partners in media, lifecycle marketing, brand strategy, market research and more, you’ll bring key consumer activations and programs to life throughout the year to drive brand love, ensuring connectivity, consistency, quality, and impact for our highest priority business initiatives. You see the big picture and how it all fits together, and know how to work with your cross-functional partners to get it done in concert.

What you’ll work on:

  • Execute game changing marketing plans for the US market, clearly mapped to our consumer marketing objectives, target audiences, key messages, timelines, and channel strategies that will establish our competitive, differentiated position in market and lift business and marketing KPIs.
  • Track key consumer insights and trends to inform marketing initiatives across the funnel and lifecycle, communicating them out to help drive connected teams to success
  • Bring new ideas to the table across creative, media, channels and formats that can best tell our consumer value proposition story (e.g., sponsorships, podcast series development, sponsored content, influencer partnerships, events, display, social, search, etc.).
  • Track, report, and optimize on campaign, brand, product and consumer engagement KPIs to deliver marketing impact in connection to business strategy
  • Partner with our internal creative teams, agencies, and comms teams to ensure coordination and alignment across owned, earned and paid channels to deliver on goals

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ consumer marketing experience
  • Customer Champion with demonstrated track record in designing marketing solutions with customer at the center
  • Track record in working empathetically across multiple cultures, geographies and teams
  • Experience running complex set of initiatives concurrently across planning, analytics, creative development, and stakeholder management
  • Growth mindset with demonstrated capabilities in developing insight led test and learn approach across end to end funnel for customer and business impact
  • Brand transformation track record in the creation, transformation of a beloved global/regional brand
