We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join Snap Inc. This role will lead and launch full funnel digital marketing programs to serve Snap’s global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) audience and drive customer acquisition in priority SMC segments. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that target audiences to increase brand consideration, generate leads, and increase conversions across various digital channels.

The ideal candidate brings experience owning media goals (such as, monthly active users/advertisers or return on advertiser spend), mixed media planning, and leading digital marketing initiatives. They will develop, deploy and scale digital media programs that address the needs of small and medium businesses in their segment - via a test and iterate framework. The role will set and own strategic campaigns, with clear resourcing and support from a wide array of cross-functional groups (Marketing, Creative, Web Production, Consumer Insights, and Data Science).

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across key global markets, including search engine marketing, display advertising, social media, influencer marketing and partner marketing.
  • Lead cross functional projects with Data Science, Operations, Marketing, Customer Insights to analyze program effectiveness, design experimentation frameworks, adopt a test-and-learn approach into programs, and build customer-centricity
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging content and creative assets that resonate with the target audience.
  • Establish performance measurement criteria and KPIs to track against business growth goals and present results and recommendations based on program performance.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior in key markets.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to align digital marketing campaigns with sales goals and targets.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring that deliverables are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date on new and emerging digital marketing tools, technologies, and trends, and evaluate their potential to improve campaign performance.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven track record in driving programs that are multi-geography, and complex in nature
  • Experienced with relevant ad platforms including but not limited to, Google ads, Facebook Ads, Google display campaigns, Youtube ads, Salesforce, Snapchat, and partner negotiations.
  • Self-starter with strong collaboration skills and ability to multitask. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to influence and drive change among partner teams and leadership, in service of building new approaches and shifting the daily behaviors of a team
  • Proficiency in presentation skills and comfort presenting to and communicating with senior leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years developing performance marketing strategies, implementing campaigns and optimizing performance to hit targets
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to launch new products / programs and drive results, in a rigorous KPI-driven setting
  • Proven track record in problem solving, analytical thinking, and driving strategies that are data-driven and people-informed
  • Familiarity with the cultural nuances and regional differences in global markets (including MENA and EU).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A track record of managing campaigns that exceed revenue and efficiency targets
  • Ability to analyze performance to provide marketing insights to improve performance, conversion rates, and lifetime customer value
  • Helps design best practices in campaign design, ad and landing page testing.
  • Comfortable leading creative teams to build compelling creative across different formats
  • Passion for structured problem solving, developing / testing hypotheses, and modeling
  • Passion for change, Snapchat, and creativity!

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $230,000 annually
  • Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $157,000 -$219,000 annually
  • Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $196,000 annually

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
