Experienced Live/OnDemand Video Content Producer, responsible for creating compelling and engaging video content across all digital platforms. Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in video content production. Experienced in assembling the right teams and conceptualizing and driving video production projects/campaigns from start to finish in record time while maintaining Zumba brand guidelines and production standards. Ensures these projects are on track, on time, in brief, and within budget. Always up to date with the ever-evolving industry trends, staying ahead of the curve, and finding new opportunities and innovative technology to bring to the table.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other content creators, designers, and developers to ensure that all video content is visually appealing and meets our brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and develop video content ideas, including storyboarding, scripting, filming, and editing.
- Skillful creator and seasoned ideator that understands the difference between a creative idea and tactical execution and is an expert at producing both.
- Collaborate and work closely with our product and marketing teams, music, and other business partners to develop creative concepts and successfully execute briefs on time and within budget.
- Develop and produce high-quality live and on-demand video content that is engaging, informative, and relevant to our audience. While producing agile app sales-driven content solutions to be implemented as ads
- Fully capable of managing multiple projects including all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production including but not limited to music licensing, overseeing vendor timelines and post, and always providing feedback and support.
- Source production resources and oversee production for out-of-town projects, both domestic and international.
- Brief and communicate concepts to graphics designers, motion graphic designers, editors, storyboard artists, vendors, etc. and fully supervise execution.
- Give concise, clear direction and feedback to the team of editors, designers, colorists, audio engineers, and production crews when required.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our video content and apply this data to optimize our content strategy and improve engagement, download, and retention rates.
- Consult with and manage third-party vendors (i.e., directors, producers, editors, production houses, etc.) throughout the entire pre-production, production, and post-production process when internal projects are being outsourced.
- Proficiency with production and postproduction techniques such as camera benefits/formats, white balance, frame ratio, color correction, audio sweetening, compression, and file formats.
- Develop and produce projects that are multi-camera - live, live-to-tape content and livestreams.
- Troubleshoot issues with filming, by adding additional aspects to the filming to enhance the production.
- Willingness to jump and support projects including but not limited to; editing, DP shoots direct talent on location, etc when needed.
- QC of all final deliverables ensuring that they meet all quality guidelines, specs, and publishing SOP.
- Have knowledge of the currently available market-price ranges to keep costs honest and within our budget means.
- Overall knowledge of current technology software and hardware.
- Experimenting with new styles and techniques available to keep up with the ever-evolving changes in the industry.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in live and on-demand video content production and apply these insights to our video creation process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in video production, film studies, communication, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in video content production, preferably in live and on-demand video space
- A strong portfolio of creativity that demonstrates originality, innovation, problem-solving, and personal expression.
- Strong video production skills, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and editing.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and special effects; including composition, exposure, color, pacing, the ingestion of media, exporting to spec, and delivery.
- Proficiency in a variety of video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite 6 or newer including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience with technical troubleshooting and technical terms and the latest market equipment
- Availability for travel and work weekends as needed.
