Overview

The National Program Manager, Social Impact & Influencer Relationships leads the national integrated talent and entertainment industry strategy for On Our Sleeves (OOS) and Nationwide Children?s Hospital, serving as the key operational liaison between Social Impact and the core OOS operational team. The manager partners on strategy development and leads budget, operations and results reporting for integrated efforts as well as manages agency relationships related to celebrity and entertainment industry partnerships. The manager advances numerous philanthropic marketing and promotional programs through robust celebrity or entertainment relationships, including the creation of a celebrity ambassador program. Must be able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Partners National Director, social impact, and OOS colleagues. Collaborates in the development of social impact strategy to ensure KPI's and key objectives are achieved on-time and on-budget.
  • Measures and reports results quarterly across strategic initiatives to gauge success and inform future initiatives.
  • Represents Social Impact function within key OOS operational teams and NCH leadership structures.
  • Acts as managerial liaison from Social Impact to cross-functional departments within the OOS/NCH team.
  • Facilitates communication, effective process, and develops or implements integrated campaigns, fundraising efforts, and content partnerships.
  • Works with the LA Development Officer on key pieces of cultivation events and manages operations of L.A. Office and other locations.
  • Operationally manages Social Impact cost center.
  • Collaborates with National Director and other key teams to develops and maintain assigned budget, provides reporting, and operates within guidelines.
  • Manages influencer tracker and produces quarterly outcomes reporting to NCH/OOS leadership. Manages consultant and agency agreements and engagement scopes with National Director and Sr. Director Corp Alliance Marketing to ensure consistent quality and efficient production.
  • Cultivates network of celebrities and influencers, to take part in advocacy, awareness campaigns, and fundraising initiatives. Manages logistics and acts as a key point of contact in partnership.
  • Leads OOS National Ambassador cabinet, develops a curriculum to educate cabinet members and supporters regarding childhood mental health, and manages all ambassador communication and stewardship.
  • Partners with the Foundation in fundraising opportunities engaging the entertainment industry and with the social media Director to develop innovative content for celebrities and influencers.

Education

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, required.

Skills

  • Ability to work effectively with National Director, Social Impact and the OOS/NCH operational teams.
  • Flexible, nimble and thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative team.
  • Ability to develop and implement recommendations designed to meet program objectives.
  • Ability to identify and assess growth opportunities, challenges, and gaps.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, diplomatic and interpersonal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and resourceful mindset. A strong understanding of Corporate Alliance and fundraising/stewardship practices.

Experience

  • 10 years working within cause-related or philanthropic programs, optimally at the national level, required.
  • 7 years of relevant experience in celebrity and entertainment industry relationships and managing celebrities and influencers, required.
  • Experience in a health-related or nonprofit environment, preferred.
