The Mx Group is looking for a Senior Strategist to work on global brands making a significant impact on our world — in fiber packaging, energy technology and manufacturing. You’ll have an innate curiosity for content, deep understanding of digital channels avid interest in emerging tactics, best practices, and technology platforms. A follower of popular culture with a developed eye for excellence in creative work, you’ll focus on building out a best-in-class B2B marketing programs that includes brand activation, customer acquisition, and advocacy.
What You’ll Do
- Insights | Provide rich audience, category and competitive insights to develop innovative approaches to solve client’s core business challenges.
- Client Partnerships | Partner with account leadership to support the overall management of client business relationships including strategy development, creation of briefs and briefing teams, campaign performance monitoring, and results reporting.
- Data Analysis | Collect, analyze, and interpret information from a variety of sources: market data, cultural and social trends monitoring, products and services research, qualitative interviews/conversations, observational research to support business plans and creative strategies.
- Inspiration | Work with a multi-faceted team of strategy, creative, CX, technology and data professionals frame and inspire client deliverables, leading to flawless execution. Apply intelligence analysis, key performance indicators, and program measurement to make observations and surface insights that can inspire creative and lead to innovative, exciting solutions for clients’ business/product.

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in a strategic or account planning role with strong digital experience and understanding of the landscape.
- An understanding of data sources, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and a keen eye of when and how to apply them to client challenges.
- Social and digital experience using analytics and experience mapping to illuminate the target audiences’ experiences.
- A self-starter approach and true sense of ownership regarding work at each point of delivery.
- Ability to work autonomously knowing when to engage manager and greater integrated team.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills; you will be face-to-face with clients and internal departments at their busiest moments.
- Technically proficient in presentation planning and development.
