Senior Designer, Graphic Design and Social Content
About The Role
We are adding a new Senior Graphic Designer to our growing Creative team. Reporting to the Manager of Graphic Design, you will ideate and create assets that support the marketing and business objectives of our company and clients. You will work on content creation and communication tools for our influencer partnership program as well as creating emails, and site assets for fashion brands like Express, Vince, Scotch & Soda, Gwynnie Bee, and Haverdash.
What You'll Do
- Drive content creation for paid and organic social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok. This includes ideating with copywriters, creating storyboards, filming, editing or animating assets for each campaign.
- Develop and execute concepts and layouts for websites, digital campaigns, marketing emails, banners, and print materials for a variety of clients.
- Brainstorm creative ways to educate, activate, and inspire our client partners and members
- Craft explainer videos, guides, and FAQs
- Aid in the development of design templates to optimize creative processes
- Quality Check all work to ensure brand standards are consistent across all assets, and projects are free from errors
- Stay up to date with current social media trends and memes, as well as digital advertising and design trends, in order to present new ideas to the business
- Collaborate and work closely with Marketing, Account, and UX teams to ensure key objectives are met
- Big picture thinking is key. Aim to understand CaaStle's marketing goals, business goals, and measurements of success.
We'd Love For You To Have
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, specifically in the areas of brand marketing and social media asset creation. Preferably in a fashion, ecommerce or agency setting.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- Exhibit an expert understanding of direct marketing principles as demonstrated through a wide-ranging portfolio, with an emphasis on paid/organic social media campaigns and email. Please provide a link to your website showcasing 10+ examples of relevant work.
- Experience creating content for Instagram Stories and Reels, Facebook, and TikTok
- Experience filming and editing social content, using in-app and 3rd party tools
- Ability to conceptualize and present ideas to internal stakeholders
- Capacity to quickly react to changing priorities, timelines, and direction
- Team player who can partner across multiple teams and accept different points of view and feedback, translating it into creative solutions
- A process-driven approach to creative problem solving. Comfortable working within established frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, AfterEffects, and video editing (ex Premier) is required
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, and InVision
- Knowledge of Canva and 3rd party social asset creation tools
Pay Range
$90,000 - $100,000. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
