Channel Marketing Specialist
This role will support the Americas Marketing team to execute brand and channel marketing plans across the Americas. The focus is on supporting the day-to-day activities needed to develop and implement marketing strategies to support the sell through of the Masimo Consumer Portfolio of brands and their products. The function will support the regional marketing priorities with strong day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into go to market initiatives. Leverage project management skills to help the Masimo Consumer Commercial Excellence team execute effectively.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support execution of trade, channel and consumer advertising and marketing, and new product introductions, for Masimo Consumer brands in the Americas.
- Organize and deploy new product launch assets to sales team, key channel partners and broader dealer base. Create marketing toolkits for key launches.
- Support requests for product and campaign assets from dealers, partners and agencies.
- Coordinate project timelines and schedules.
- Measure and report on campaign KPI’s; support reporting of campaign results to stakeholders within the organization.
- Coordinate marketing budget for the region, including tracking actual marketing spend vs. budget, creating vendor purchase orders and ensuring that agreements/contracts are in order.
- Track channel marketing spend and executions vs. plan for key dealers/resellers.
- Manage product sample requests for PR, event and influencer needs.
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence and specifically the Americas marketing team.
- Align with Masimo Consumer Creative team and the development of marketing assets.
- Align with the Brand Marketing team on key initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns at regional and national level with channels and dealer agents. Merchandising strategy and planning experience a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, go to market, and brand activation) to ensure world-class strategy and performance management.
- Capabilities to plan, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
- Skilled in reading, reviewing and interpreting marketing documents, media materials, and contracts (or related documents) based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy and providing concise and accurate feedback.
- Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external personnel at all levels.
Anticipated Hourly Compensation: $31.25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
