The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of Emotional Utility Beverages' online business to deliver aggressive monthly sales and ROAS goals across multiple online channels including Amazon, DTC, Social Platforms and Retail Online Marketplaces. The ideal candidate for this role is both a strategic thinker and a doer with proven experience developing, managing, measuring, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive E-Commerce Revenue. deliver on monthly business and sales goals. Overseeing digital marketing agency partners, this role will need to track and report on key success metrics within the allocated marketing budget. Responsibilities include: - Developing a realistic and achievable forecast and sales plan for E-commerce revenue across Amazon, DTC, Social Platforms and Retail Online Marketplaces. - Managing E-commerce P&L to ensure topline and ROAS goals are being met. - Allocating and track budget to support media, social, search, influencer, retargeting, and affiliate marketing campaigns. - Working with creative teams to develop content for customer acquisition. - Managing Amazon.com store front optimization and growth. - Identifying organic traffic driving strategies along the consumer journey, including SEO, and branded social activation across all platforms (IG, FB, YouTube, TikTok Reddit, etc). - Implementing savvy media and content strategies to navigate changing platform algorithms and maximize ROI on paid social and search. This includes looking at bid management PPC, reach, CTR, CAC, and ROAS. - Managing email marketing including flows, newsletters, content optimization, and promotions to improve open and click through rates with a goal to increase subscriber email list size. - Monitoring and implementing website enhancements with a focus on user experience to improve key metrics (bounce rates, conversions to purchase, site load speed, etc.) for mobile and desktop usability. - Gathering consumer insights to refine positioning, target segments, messaging, and engagement activities. - Collaborating with order fulfillment team to provide sales forecast and ensure product unboxing experience is optimized. - Oversee process for managing customer service inquiries or account support (email / chat) - Preparing and presenting strategies and business dashboards to leadership. Required Skills: - 6+ years of E-commerce sales experience - Proven track record of growing E-commerce revenue on Amazon and on DTC by 50%+ year over year Desired Attributes: - Experience working in fast paced startup environment with an entrepreneurial growth mindset. - A positive, flexible, self-starting, can-do attitude, and ability to generate creative approaches to solve problems.
