As an integral part of the robotics marketing team, this role supports residential marketing goals to drive category growth in North America. The Robotics Brand Manager leads the management and implementation of the marketing plans for the portfolio. He/she works with the marketing center of excellence and outside agency partners to develop holistic marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels. He/she is a champion of the consumer and applies those insights and input from sales and analytics toward developing and executing effective programs.
What You Need to Know:
- Develop a deep understanding of the consumer and product to drive brand and campaign strategy
- Ability to craft a well-thought creative brief founded on insights and clear objectives
- Lead cross-functional UX projects related to web/app improvements, DIY installation, marketing automation and the purchase journey.
- Build breakthrough communications that will build brand equity and drive category growth for both our dealer and online channels
- Lead multi-agency partners (creative- field- media- PR) to bring ideas to life and extend campaign across relevant channels on time and on budget
- Partner with outside agencies and cross-functionally on the following:
- Project/Creative Briefing
- Production of Digital Content (Web, App, Social, E-mail)
- Claims & Packaging
- Consumer Research
- Paid & Earned Media Strategy & Performance
- Support Ecommerce business in retailer expansion initiatives, sku management, promotional calendar and content development
- Provide post-campaign reporting and analysis on marketing programs to drive continuous improvement in our advertising efforts
- Work closely with product manager and lead commercialization process of residential robotics products and accessories
- Work closely with PR team on influencer and affiliate programs, brand partnerships and relevant consumer/industry opportunities
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Experience in brand marketing for consumer products
- Experience of social and digital media buying and campaign management
- Detail Oriented and Organized for effective project management
- Enjoys working on several tasks simultaneously and can balance priorities and timelines
- Proven communication skills, both written and oral
- Enjoys working collaboratively with various functions
- Travel is up to 15%
