We are seeking a Manager of Brand Marketing to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand marketing strategy and initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand messaging is consistent and aligns with our overall business goals. The Manager of Brand Marketing will collaborate with the Brand Ambassador program lead, the creative team, and the Director of Growth Marketing and report to the Chief Brand Officer.

Day To Day, This Means You Will

  • Work collaboratively within the Marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that supports the growth and positioning of the Dormify brand
  • Oversee all brand marketing initiatives, including but not limited to organic social media, influencer marketing, content creation, brand partnerships, and product collaborations
  • Manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, creative, digital marketing, and customer service to ensure that our brand messaging is consistent and aligns with our overall business goals
  • Manage relationships with brand partners and external agency partners
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity, and use this information to inform marketing strategies and plans
  • Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring that spend is allocated effectively to maximize return on investment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and branding trends and best practices, and recommend new ideas and approaches to the team
  • Manage three direct reports (Content Manager, Content Creator/Producer, Copywriter) and a team of interns to ensure the creation of high-quality content that supports brand marketing initiatives

About You

Successful candidates for this role are passionate about content, social media, and brand storytelling and have a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns and initiatives. Additionally, our ideal candidate has the following experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Excellent strategic, creative, and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; experience managing cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

The Salary Range for this role is $100,000-$120,000 dependent on experience.
