About the Team:
SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation. SoundOn exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and "do music" their way.

Responsibilities:
- Onboard new creators to build up world-class influencer network with quantity and diversity. Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-performing influencers.
- Design and execute influencer marketing plans. Work cross-functionally with A&R, Artist Partnerships and artist management teams to deliver content and influencer strategy for artists and music promotion campaigns, especially on TikTok.
- Activate and engage music promotion influencers. Design incentive plans to improve influencers' activeness on music promotion platforms.
- Develop creative concepts for influencer marketing campaigns and build relationships with micro and macro influencers to create content around the concepts via both hands-on operation and agency partnership.
- Analyze campaign data to track performance and evaluate campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with product team to develop product-level solutions to better manage the influencer network and identify high-performing creators.

Qualifications

- 5+ years experience in Digital Marketing Tech companies, Digital Marketing agencies, or MCNs. Experience of music promotion is a plus.
- Understanding of TikTok content ecosystem, music programming tentpoles, festivals and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills and project management skills.
- Ability to translating data into insights and trends and the ability to influence new strategies based on these insights.
- Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks. Ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail.
- Grounded, result-driven and self-motivated.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $72706 - $124344 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
