Regional Marketing Manager
Regional Marketing Manager- Midwest
Sweetgreen is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to oversee our Midwest markets. This person will be responsible for directing a team to craft always-on local marketing strategies that latter into national initiatives and create go-to-market launches for new restaurant openings. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, strong on strategy and execution, can project manage multiple initiatives at once, and uses results to optimize both self and team’s work.
Responsibilities
- Oversee regional marketing plans for Indianapolis, Detroit, Chicago, Minneapolis and Milwaukee markets inclusive of community activation, media, promotions and integrated campaigns to hit regional targets
- Develop, execute and project manage new store marketing strategies across pre and post open phases for these markets.
- Develop and execute all Chicago regional and new restaurant market plans.
- Measure, evaluate and report on team initiatives
- Build strong influencer and community partnerships across all regional activity
- Work closely with store operators to share ongoing work and pivot to meet business needs as applicable
- Manage regional and restaurant opening budgets
- Manage remote team of local associates based in Midwest
Experience Required
- Minimum of 5-7 years of work in regional/community marketing, integrated marketing, or brand strategy
- Prior experience managing others
- Proficiency in project and budget management
- Proven results driving awareness and conversion
- Creative thinker with business-minded approach who’s tuned into cultural, brand happenings + insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Based in Chicago, IL
- Travel Required: 33%

Salary Range For This Role
Starting salary range based on experience
$85,000—$100,000 USD
