As an Influencer Regional Manager (IRM), you will support the implementation of our client’s independent street influencer program. The position includes regular interaction with our client to understand their needs and direct interaction with the independent street influencers within your territory to ensure success of the influencer program. This program requires IRM’s to be in-store frequently to support the independent street influencers and independent retail store personnel. The client for this IRM role is Agency 5, LLC, a marketing company that supports the maker of 5-hour ENERGY®.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct independent street influencer training and additional sales refresher training
  • Provide field support and mentorship calls
  • Monitor impact to individual store sales performances within your area with a focus to grow sales
  • Identify and communicate new market opportunities for growth
  • Conduct in-store visits to audit independent street influencer performance and advise on ideal product placement for increased brand visibility and awareness
  • Brief store staff on merchandising opportunities
  • Monitor independent street influencer social media posts for brand requirements
  • Communicate regularly with client to ensure success of the program
  • Review other product line opportunities for independent street influencers
  • Maintain brand appearance and wear proper attire
  • Support sales and marketing of Company’s products

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or merchandising role
  • Ability to coach and mentor
  • Familiarity with product support through social media
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Customer-service focused with exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Creative problem solver and critical thinker
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Management experience with the skill set to lead individuals / team
  • Recruiting experience
  • Must have reliable transportation and able to transport client POP– fixtures/signage/etc.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Travel within assigned region
